📅 Introduction to the Reservation Management System
Our custom-developed "Reservation Management System" is built on Spring Boot and PostgreSQL, structured in three layers (Customer, Contractor, Administrator) to enable efficient and secure reservation management.
Customers can create, modify, or cancel reservations online, contractors can quickly locate the best projects using maps or search functions, and administrators can monitor overall system status in real time via the dashboard.
Its intuitive UI and simple operations significantly improve work efficiency while minimizing human errors.
Main Features:
- Customer Portal: Customers can easily create, modify, and cancel reservations. Email notifications instantly inform them of status updates. They can also automatically compare and select the most cost-effective quotes.
- Contractor Interface: Quickly and accurately identify suitable projects via map or search. View distance, area, and project details intuitively to achieve optimal project matching.
- Administrator Dashboard: Real-time visualization of customer, contractor, and reservation data. Supports status-based statistics and CSV export for easy management overview.
- Multi-layer Security: Robust authentication and access control via Spring Security, ensuring proper access levels for customers, contractors, and administrators.
- Status Management: Instantly update statuses like "New, Pending, Confirmed, Completed" with one click, sharing progress in real time across teams.
- Responsive Design: Fully compatible with PCs, tablets, and smartphones, enabling smooth operation from any device.
- Automated Email Notifications: Automatically send reservation confirmations, completion reports, and updates, improving customer communication and service quality.

👤 Customer Page Overview
The customer page of the "Reservation Management System" allows users to create, view, and cancel
reservations online easily.
The design is simple and intuitive, so even first-time users can navigate smoothly. Reservation details
are reflected in real time, and modifications or cancellations can be done with a single click.
Strong security measures, including login authentication, email verification, and password
protection, ensure safe and smooth usage.
Users can also compare and choose the most cost-effective plan from multiple
quotes.

The contractor page allows real-time review, management, and handling of assigned
projects.
Projects matching specific criteria can be quickly located using the map or search functions. Quotes can
be created, statuses updated, and task history recorded with intuitive operations, greatly improving
daily work efficiency.
Contractors can also review customer reservations and changes, providing prompt responses and
adjustments. Secure login authentication and access control protect sensitive information.
